    摘 要 目的：通过合理用药监测系统探讨处方前置审核在质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)合理使用中的应用。方法：对不同剂型PPIs的适应证、用法用量、疗程、医保限定支付、静脉配置方法以及特殊人群用药进行精细化规则设置，并分析处方前置审核后我院2020年9月至2021年3月PPIs的处方合理率。结果：对PPIs类药物进行处方前置审核后，我院PPIs处方合理率显著提高。结论：PPIs类药物审方规则的合理设置有助于提高处方合格率，可促进临床合理用药。

    Application of pre-prescription review in the rational use of proton pump inhibitors

    ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the application of pre-prescription review in the rational use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) by the rational drug use monitoring system. Methods： The indications， usage and dosage， course of treatment， medical insurance limited payment， intravenous dispensing method and particular population use of different dosage forms of PPIs were refined， and the rational rate of PPIs prescriptions in our hospital from September 2020 to March 2021 after the pre-prescription review was analyzed. Results： The rationale rate of PPIs prescription was significantly improved after the implementation of preprescription review. Conclusion： The appropriate setting of pre-prescription review rules for PPIs drugs is helpful to improving the prescription qualification rate and promoting rational clinical use of drugs. ......
