    摘要近年来，用于乳腺癌治疗的各类新型抗肿瘤药物不断涌现，包括抗体—药物缀合物、免疫检查点抑制剂、PI3K通路抑制剂、HDAC抑制剂、新型SERD类药物、靶向DNA损伤修复通路缺陷的药物等，这些新的治疗手段正在深刻地改变着乳腺癌的临床实践，极大地推动了乳腺癌治疗水平的提升。本文将就近几年在乳腺癌治疗领域取得重要突破的新型药物进行阐述。

    Research advances of new antitumor agents for breast cancer

    ABSTRACTEmerging new antitumor agents for breast cancer include antibody-drug conjugates，immune checkpoint inhibitors，phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)inhibitors，histone deacetylases(HDAC) inhibitors，next-generation selective estrogen receptor degraders(SERD)，and drugs targeting DNA damage response. These new therapeutic strategies have expanded treatment landscape of breast cancer and influenced current practice proufoundly. In this review，we summarize recent breakthroughs in novel therapies for breast cancer. ......
