    摘 要 福尼尔坏疽是一种凶险的累及生殖器和会阴部周围的坏死性筋膜炎，死亡率极高。本文报道1例血透患者会阴部福尼尔坏疽的综合护理流程，包括病房环境管理、创面护理、心理护理、血透管理、血糖及膳食管理。兼顾血透护理的综合性规范化护理是决定患者预后的关键环节，可以尽可能降低福尼尔坏疽的死亡率。

    Nursing care of perineal Fourniers gangrene in a haemodialysis patient

    ABSTRACT Fourniers gangrene is an aggressive form of necrotising fasciitis involving the genitals and perineum with a high mortality rate. In this study， we report the comprehensive nursing process of perineal Fourniers gangrene in a hemodialysis patient， including ward environment management， trauma care， psychological care， hemodialysis management， blood glucose and dietary management. Comprehensive and standardized care that takes into account hemodialysis care is a key link in determining the patients prognosis and can minimize the mortality of Fourniers gangrene. ......
