    摘 要 目的：探讨泌尿系统念珠菌病继发念珠菌血症的药物治疗方案及监护重点。方法：临床药师参与3例泌尿系统念珠菌病继发念珠菌血症患者的会诊，制订抗感染方案，调整给药剂量，并实施药学监护。结果：3例念珠菌血症患者中，2例血培养检出白色假丝酵母，1例检出近平滑假丝酵母，经临床药师调整给药方案后患者感染得到控制。结论：临床药师参与临床药物治疗，可充分发挥其专业特长，为患者提供个体化用药方案，确保了用药的安全性、有效性。
