    摘 要 三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)是乳腺癌中恶性度最高的分型，具有肿瘤体积较大、高组织学分级、高侵袭性、高死亡率等特点。近年来，中医药在抑制TNBC细胞的增殖和转移、逆转化疗耐药、调节免疫、增强疗效、减轻辅助治疗不良反应等方面发挥出重要作用。本文从TNBC的中医认识、病因病机、辨证论治、中医内治、中医外治等方面展开综述，以期为TNBC的中医药治疗提供参考。

    ABSTRACT Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is the most malignant subtype of breast cancer， which is characterized by large tumor size， high histological grading， high invasiveness and high mortality.
