摘 要 股骨远端骨折是临床上常见的一类骨折。随着内固定器械的发展、治疗理念与技术的提高，股骨远端骨折的治疗有了新的进展。本文就股骨远端的解剖结构，以及股骨远端骨折的发生机制与分型、临床诊断、治疗历史演变与研究方向作一综述。

    Progress in the treatment of distal femoral fracture

    ABSTRACT The distal femoral fracture is a common fracture in clinic. With the development of internal fixation devices and the improvement of treatment concepts and techniques， the treatment of distal femoral fractures has made new progress. In this paper， we make a summery including the anatomical structure of the anatomical basis of distal femur， the occurrence mechanism and classification， clinical diagnosis， historical evolution of treatment， and reasearch prospects of distal femoral fracture.
