摘 要 目的：探讨糖尿病(DM)合并焦虑抑郁状态患者应用针刺联合甘麦大枣汤治疗的临床疗效。方法：将60例DM合并焦虑抑郁状态患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗，观察组在此基础上加用针刺联合甘麦大枣汤治疗，两组均连续治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、血糖水平、情绪指标及不良反应。结果：观察组临床总有效率高于对照组，治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平及汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：DM合并焦虑抑郁状态患者应用针刺联合甘麦大枣汤治疗可改善血糖水平及焦虑抑郁状态，效果良好，安全性好，有一定的临床应用价值。
