摘 要 选择正确有效、创伤小、恢复快的治疗方法是治疗消化道早癌及黏膜病变关键。过去，只要确诊了癌、癌前病变或者黏膜下病变，无论病变大小、分期，大多采取外科手术的方法切除病变。外科手术对患者来说创伤大、恢复慢、花费高，器官功能受损，使得患者生活质量下降。随着医学不断地发展进步，内镜下微创手术正在以飞速发展的趋势逐渐取代部分外科手术。针对部分消化道早癌，癌前病变及黏膜下病变，内镜下微创手术完全可以达到彻底切除病变和治愈的目的。本文介绍内镜下多环套扎黏膜切除术治疗早期食管癌、食管及结直肠的癌前病变及食管的黏膜下病变的现状和展望。
