摘 要 目的：基于临床中药师日常药学服务实践，探讨中药临床药师开展肿瘤专科临床药学服务模式。方法：介绍中药临床药师开展药学服务的内容，包括药学查房、中医师-中药师联合门诊、用药教育等工作，并结合案例分析总结中药临床药师如何提高自身素质、参与个体化治疗方案制定、指导合理用药等。结果：通过理论学习与实践相结合，中药临床药师提供的药学服务可以提高药物的安全合理应用，还可以协助医师为患者提供定制化的医疗方案。结论：中药临床药师应加强中药学、药学、中医理论、西医理论等相关知识的学习，将理论与实践相结合，互相促进，以便日后更好地开展相关科室药学服务工作。
