摘 要 目的：分析1例老年男性前列腺增生伴泌尿系统和肺部感染的案例，探讨老年患者同时发生多部位感染时诊疗方案的确定及用药合理性。方法：患者入院后出现感染指标升高和呼吸系统症状，须结合患者情况确定抗感染方案，分析抗感染药物联合使用的合理性。结果：医师、临床药师共同确立抗感染的方案、药师进行药学监护，患者情况逐渐好转。结论：本例反映了在感染性疾病治疗过程中需要医生与药师合作调整治疗方案，守护病患健康。
