摘 要 目的：探讨可调踝足矫形器联合功能训练在改善颅脑损伤患者踝关节功能中的应用效果。方法：以2022年2-12月在江滨医院治疗的60例颅脑损伤患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组中男性20例，女性10例，平均年龄(39.10±10.98)岁；对照组中男性17例，女性13例，平均年龄(36.80±10.55)岁。对照组患者按康复治疗流程进行常规功能训练，观察组患者在常规功能训练的基础上使用可调踝足矫形器。比较两组患者的下肢跖屈肌痉挛程度和踝关节跖屈、内翻角度指标。结果：治疗8周后，观察组患者下肢跖屈肌痉挛程度(改良Ashworth痉挛量表)评分低于对照组，踝关节跖屈、内翻角度均小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论：应用可调踝足矫形器联合功能训练可改善颅脑损伤患者踝关节功能。
