摘 要 作为上海市首个完成示范性社区康复中心全覆盖式建设的区域，本文通过总结闵行区建设经验、探索运行评价标准，发现和分析建设过程中遇到的问题，最终形成闵行区示范性社区康复中心建设经验并提出相应政策建议，为上海市其他区域及全国其他省市提供经验参考。
