摘 要 目的：分析高血压患者自我效能影响因素。方法：选取萍乡赣西肿瘤医院2020年7月-2022年4月就诊的128例高血压患者，其中男性78例，女性50例，年龄31～72岁，平均年龄(51.26±3.69)岁。用高血压患者自我效能量表评估患者自我效能现状，用多元线性回归分析影响高血压患者自我效能的因素。结果：128例高血压患者自我效能量表平均得分为(25.71±4.86)分，提示调查对象平均自我效能水平中等。多元线性回归分析检验结果显示，病程<5年、文化程度初中及以下、消极应对、家庭关怀度低下、自我照顾认知不足是高血压患者自我效能现状的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：高血压患者平均自我效能水平中等，病程、文化程度、应对方式、家庭关怀度、自我照顾认知因素是影响高血压患者自我效能的因素，可开展针对性护理，以提高患者自我效能水平。
