摘 要 目的：观察穴位按摩联合针刺对缺血性脑卒中(CIS)患者肢体运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法：收集2020年9月至2022年9月收治的84例CIS患者，按随机数字表法分为对照组42例和观察组42例。对照组进行常规康复护理，观察组在常规护理基础上接受穴位按摩联合针刺干预，共1个月。采用简式Fugl-Meye量表(FMA)、改良巴氏指数(MBI)、脑卒中影响量表(SIS)评估两组干预前后的运动功能、自理能力和生活质量评分变化。结果：干预后，两组FMA、MBI评分有所升高，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，两组SIS各维度评分有所升高，且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：穴位按摩联合针刺应用于CIS患者中，能够提高患者运动功能、自理能力，改善生活质量。
