摘 要 幽门螺杆菌是最常见的病原体之一，其引起的胃肠道炎症会影响葡萄糖和脂质的吸收。在糖尿病专科就诊患者中，多达75%的患者有显著胃肠道症状。最新研究数据表明幽门螺杆菌感染与2型糖尿病发病率之间有很强的关系。

    Research progress on the effect of helicobacter pylori infection on type 2 diabetes

    ABSTRACT Helicobacter pylori(Hp) is one of the most common pathogens， and inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract caused by Hp affects glucose and lipid absorption. In patients treated in the diabetes special clinic， as many as 75% of patients have significant gastrointestinal symptoms. Recent research data suggest a strong association between Hp infection with the incidence of type 2 diabetes.
