摘 要 药物滥用可引发一系列的精神心理问题，具有严重的社会危害性。我国和国际上大多数国家都对麻醉药品、精神药品和非药用毒品进行严格的管控。然而，对于部分具有精神活性作用的药物和管控物质的化学变构体仍难及时纳入管控范围，导致新精神活性物质的滥用问题此起彼伏，造成较大危害，特别是对青少年群体。本文介绍近几年来我国青少年新精神活性物质滥用的常见种类和临床表现，以及干预的基本原则。
