摘 要 目的：探讨人工关节置换术和螺钉内固定术对老年股骨颈骨折患者的疗效。方法：将60例老年股骨颈骨折患者随机分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对照组采用空心螺钉内固定术，研究组接受人工关节置换术治疗。比较2组围术期手术指标、治疗效果、髋关节恢复情况、生活质量、并发症发生情况。结果：研究组手术时长、术中出血量高于对照组，卧床及住院时间低于对照组(P<0.05)；研究组治疗总有效率和髋关节功能优良率均高于对照组。术后3个月，研究组GQOL-74量表各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)，并发症总发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论：与螺钉内固定术相比，人工关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折具有更好的治疗效果，有助于术后髋关节功能的恢复和生活质量的改善。
