摘 要 近年来，我国人口老龄化日趋严重，养老服务的方式和效果对实现健康中国战略具有重要意义。医养结合是将医疗卫生和养老服务相结合的新型养老服务模式，实现了“老有所养，老有所医”的新型养老模式。本文运用SWOT分析法，从优势、劣势、机会、威胁等4个方面对上海市黄浦区的医养结合养老服务模式进行了分析，并在此基础上提出了进一步改进的对策和建议。
