摘 要 目的：考察血液储存时间、储存温度和预处理方式对种属鉴定的影响。方法：以猪、牛、羊血液为样本，考察储存时间、储存温度和预处理方式对种属鉴定的影响。储存时间考察1周和3周，储存温度考察4 ℃和？20 ℃，预处理方式考察是否去除红细胞。样本经DNA提取，PCR-RFLP检测后进行结果判定。结果与结论：储存1周时，两种储存温度及预处理方式均能正常进行种属鉴定。储存3周时，两种储存温度，预处理时不去除红细胞会产生假阴性判定，假阴性是由于提取的DNA中存在PCR抑制物；预处理时去除红细胞可正常检测。该结论对于猪、牛、羊血液具有普适性。
