摘 要 目的：分析上海金山区张堰镇精神障碍患者的社会参与情况及影响因素，为社区家庭医生健康管理提供依据。方法：通过对上海金山区张堰镇有意愿的居家精神障碍患者进行问卷调查，共收集有效问卷247份。调查对象中男性110名，女性137名。分析精神障碍患者社会参与情况及其影响因素。结果：247例精神障碍患者的社会参与率为56.28%，Logistic回归分析结果显示，经济来源(OR=1.976，95%CI：1.054～3.705)、自我照顾可自行完成(OR=2.381，95%CI：1.577～3.595)、注重康复运动或保健(OR=2.813，95%CI：1.451～5.454)3个为促进因素，男性(OR=0.507，95%CI：0.278～0.924)、情绪沮丧(OR=0.488，95%CI：0.265～0.897)为阻碍因素。结论：应探索家庭医生服务团队提供连续个性化的精神障碍患者管理服务，提高精神障碍患者社会参与感，健全患者的社会功能。
