摘 要 目的：探讨肺腺癌患者采用多西他赛+顺铂(DP)化疗方案联合康莱特注射液治疗的效果。方法：将92例肺腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各46例。对照组实施DP化疗，观察组在此基础上加用康莱特注射液治疗，均治疗2个周期，比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能、血管新生指标及不良反应。结果：治疗后，观察组疾病控制率，CD3+、CD4+比例和CD4+/CD8+比值高于对照组；CD8+比例，血管内皮生长因子A、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子水平和不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：DP化疗方案联合康莱特注射液治疗肺腺癌效果满意，可调节免疫功能及血管新生指标，且安全性好。
