摘 要 心血管疾病作为人类健康的头号杀手，所致死亡居我国城乡居民总死亡原因的首位，且我国目前心血管疾病的患病率仍处于持续上升的阶段。2020年美国心脏协会提出了心血管健康的概念及理想的心血管健康指标。本文对心血管健康的危险因素、理想心血管健康指标、心血管健康的评估及管理展开论述。
