摘 要 失语症是脑卒中后遗症中最常见的功能障碍之一，严重影响患者的日常交流和生活，需要规范的，持续的康复训练。而社区康复，尤其是示范性社区康复中心的建立，可以满足脑卒中失语患者全方位、个体化、专业化的康复需求。因此社区康复治疗非常重要，可提高患者的日常生活交流能力，改善患者生活质量等。本文概述脑卒中后失语症常见的社区康复治疗方法。

    ABSTRACT Aphasia is one of the most common dysfunctions of cerebral apoplexy， which seriously affects the daily communication and life of the patients， and it requires standard and continuous rehabilitation training. The community rehabilitation， especially the establishment of the community rehabilitation center can meet the all-round， individual and professional rehabilitation needs of patients with aphasia of cerebral apoplexy. Community rehabilitation is very important to improve the communication ability in daily life and enhance the quality of life.
