摘 要 慢性萎缩性胃炎是临床常见消化系统疾病，属于胃癌前病变的一种，易反复、难治愈。西医多采取对症治疗的措施，疗效可观但有弊端。中医药治疗本病，有着独特优势和确切疗效。本文将从病因病机、辨证论治、中成药治疗及中医外治法等方面，对近年来中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的研究进展进行综述。

    ABSTRACT Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common clinic digestive system disease， and it is one of the precancerous lesions of gastric cancer， which is easy to repeat and difficult to be cured.
