摘 要 目的：分析社区老年糖尿病患者血糖控制率以及影响因素。方法：收集2021年5月-2022年10月上海九亭镇社区卫生服务中心慢性病管理系统中的219名符合纳入条件的老年糖尿病患者的基本信息及相关临床资料，其中男性113例，女性106例，年龄为60～80岁。分析影响血糖达标的相关因素。结果：219例老年糖尿病患者的血糖控制率为39.73%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示，电访次数增加[(OR)=0.658，(95%CI)=0.399～0.936，P=0.044]、无合并焦虑抑郁情绪[(OR)=0.005，(95%CI)=0～0.605，P<0.001]，饮食依从性好[(OR)=0.003，(95%CI)=0～0.048，P=0.001]是社区老年糖尿病患者血糖达标的保护因素。结论：应重视老年糖尿病患者心理状态评估，加强心理健康教育，提高家庭医生的电访频率，与患者多沟通多交流，重视糖尿病饮食健康宣教，提高老年糖尿病患者饮食依从性。
