摘 要 随着生活方式的改变，肩峰下撞击综合征(SIS)的发生率逐年升高，早期明确诊断并及时进行合适的治疗对肩关节的预后至关重要。本文从SIS的发病机制、诊断及中西医治疗等方面进行总结，探讨SIS的中西医诊疗现状，提出临床治疗本病应不拘于单纯的中医或西医治疗手段，遵循“杂合以治”的思想，辨证论治，为临床诊治本病提供一定的思路与方法。
