摘 要 目的：观察益生菌联合铋剂四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性胃溃疡的效果。方法：将98例Hp阳性胃溃疡患者随机分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)，2组均给于铋剂四联疗法治疗，观察组加用酪酸梭菌肠球菌三联活菌片。治疗14 d后，比较2组Hp根除率、临床总有效率、胃肠功能、生活质量和不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组Hp根除率、临床总有效率和WHOQOL-BREF评分均高于对照组，PG-Ⅰ、PG-Ⅱ、G-17水平低于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论：益生菌联合铋剂四联疗法治疗Hp阳性胃溃疡疗效较好，有助于提高Hp根除率，改善胃肠功能，提升生活质量，且安全性较高。
