摘 要 目的：观察平衡针联合消肿止痛膏外敷对膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)Ⅲ度损伤的疗效。方法：将80 例膝关节MCL Ⅲ度损伤患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40)，对照组予常规手法治疗，观察组予消肿止痛膏外敷联合平衡针治疗，2组均配合功能锻炼。观察2组治疗后VAS评分、膝关节Lysholm评分、关节活动度、关节间隙及膝关节位置觉的变化情况，并比较2组临床疗效及治疗安全性。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为90.5%，高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)；观察组治疗后VAS 评分、Lysholm 评分、关节活动度、关节间隙、外展平均差值、内收平均差值及屈伸平均差值均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。2组均未发生不良事件。结论：消肿止痛膏外敷联合平衡针治疗膝关节内侧副韧带Ⅲ度损伤具有较好的消肿止痛功效，能够促进关节功能康复，且治疗安全性较高。
