摘 要 目的：探讨B细胞淋巴瘤因子10(BCL10)基因多态性与急性胰腺炎(AP)的相关性。方法：选取 90例AP患者为AP组，另选取87名健康者为对照组。查阅NCBI数据库，筛选BCL10的10个常见单核苷酸多态性(SNPs)位点，采用SNapShot法微测序法检测BCL10的SNPs位点。关联分析BCL10 SNPs位点与AP严重程度、发病原因、临床检查指标的关系，探讨AP的独立危险因素。结果：AP组BCL10 rs4949928位点C等位基因频率及CC+CT基因型较对照组升高(P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析显示糖尿病、饮酒史、BCL10 rs4949928位点C基因是AP的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论：BCL10基因多态性可能与AP发病相关，rs4949928位点C等位基因突变是相关原因。
