摘 要 目的：探究舍曲林联合经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)治疗青少年抑郁症伴有非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)的疗效。方法：选取抑郁症伴NSSI青少年患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组采用舍曲林，观察组在此基础上加用tDCS治疗。比较两组治疗前后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表17项(HAMD-17)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、青少年非自杀性自伤行为评定问卷(ANSAQ)、不良反应。结果：治疗4周后，观察组HAMD-17、SDS评分，ANSAQ行为、功能评分及总分均低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：舍曲林联合tDCS可减轻抑郁症伴有NSSI青少年患者的抑郁症状，降低其ANSAQ评分，且未增加不良反应。
