摘 要 目的：分析不同内收策略对青少年上颌切牙正畸中牙槽骨形态变化的影响。方法：将青少年正畸内收上切牙患者100例(100颗牙)依据内收方式分为倾斜内收组和控根内收组，各50例(50颗牙)。统计分析2组上颌切牙内收情况、牙槽骨变化、骨密度变化。结果：倾斜内收组患者的IE-MP、LAI-PP变化值和L2、L3、P3、T3变化量均大于控根内收组，RA-MP变化值和L1、P1、P2、T1、T2变化量均小于控根内收组(P<0.05)。结论：倾斜内收方式下腭侧牙槽嵴区、唇侧根尖区和控根内收方式下腭侧牙根部均为青少年正畸内收上切牙牙槽骨吸收的高风险区。
