社区获得性肺炎免疫相关基因的鉴定与分析

     摘 要 目的:社区获得性肺炎(CAP)是儿童住院和死亡的主要原因,本研究旨在从CAP中筛选免疫相关的基因。方法:从GEO数据库获取CAP数据,利用生物信息学方法筛选免疫相关基因,并进一步探究这些基因的功能及其与免疫细胞的关系。结果:CAP疾病组与正常组之间的差异基因主要与抗原加工和递呈、核糖体、细胞凋亡和炎症反应等功能相关。WGCNA和PPI分析共确定了10个免疫相关的关键基因:IL4R、FGR、CCR3、CCR1、ARG1、CEBPB、IL17RA、NFKBIA、PPARG和NCF4。这些基因的表达水平与免疫细胞的浸润水平呈显著的相关性。结论:本研究筛选出了可能在CAP免疫反应中起重要作用的基因。
