摘 要 目的：旨在研究社区老年人肝功能异常的现状及相关危险因素，为疾病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗提供依据。方法：选取上海市松江区佘山镇7 714名60岁及以上老年人展开调查，其中男性3 586名，女性4 128名。探索老年人肝功能异常的现状及影响因素。结果：本研究老年人中肝功能异常的检出率为17.01%。logistic回归分析结果显示，年龄(OR：1.448，95%CI：1.190，1.761)、性别(OR：0.522，95%CI：0.453，0.601)、饮酒(OR：1.497，95%CI：1.245，1.801)、痰湿体质(OR：1.247，95%CI：1.050，1.479)、超重(OR：1.177，95%CI：1.029，1.346)、肥胖(OR：1.514，95%CI：1.252，1.829)以及高血糖(OR：1.325，95%CI：1.134，1.549)与老年人肝功能异常发生存在关联。结论：上海市松江区佘山镇老年人肝功能异常发生率相对较高，应加强对老年人的肝功能的日常监测与肝功能异常导致疾病的预防，从而提高社区老年生活质量，延长人口寿命。
