摘 要 维生素K1是一种脂溶性维生素，对新生儿的凝血机制至关重要，尤其是在肝脏合成凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ和Ⅹ的过程中。然而，新生儿由于维生素K1内源性合成不足，常面临出血性疾病风险，故临床上一般推荐予以补充维生素K1。但维生素K1的使用并非没有风险，其说明书中提到新生儿使用后可能会发生高胆红素血症、黄疸和溶血性贫血等不良反应。本文分析新生儿使用维生素K1后的不良反应及其发生的可能原因，评估维生素K1的安全性，以期为新生儿临床应用提供安全性依据。
