摘 要 配液机器人替代人工自动完成静脉用药调配任务，能有效提高调配的精准度，减少调配人员的职业暴露，降低他们的机械性、重复性劳动强度。但国内配液机器人的使用尚处于探索阶段，实际应用时间较短，技术也未完全成熟。本文梳理我国配液机器人应用实践相关文献，归纳、总结我国配液机器人的应用现状及其技术特点，并针对配液机器人存在的问题提出改进建议，为持续提高我国配液机器人的自动化静脉用药调配能力提供参考。医疗机构可根据各自需求和具体情况选配不同类型的配液机器人。
