摘 要 目的：分析国内外银杏制剂改善认知功能研究的现状和发展趋势，为研究人员提供参考。方法：基于Web of Science核心数据库检索2004—2023年关于银杏制剂改善认知功能的英文文献，使用R Studio bibliometrix包及Citespace软件进行统计分析及可视化呈现。结果：共纳入808篇文献，发文量最多的国家分别是美国、中国、德国；发文最多的作者是Dekosky ST(35篇)；高被引文章共被引1 154次；近年热点关键词是“神经退行性疾病(neurodegenerative diseases)”和“神经炎症(neuroinflammation)”。结论：银杏制剂改善认知功能的研究正处于快速增长期，改善神经炎症可能是其研究热点之一。
