摘 要 目的：分析在我国注册登记的减重类药物临床试验开展情况。方法：基于国家药品监督管理局药物临床试验登记与信息公示平台及药品查询系统获取的相关信息进行研究。结果：2013—2022年我国减重类药物临床试验共开展了70项，以国内试验为主，占比87.14%；试验分期以生物等效性试验最多，药物分类以化学药物占比最高。此期间我国批准生产减重类药物的企业有10家，涉及4种类型的减重类药品。结论：我国减重类药物临床试验数量逐年增加，其中化学药物不管是占比还是完成率都呈上升趋势，但国际多中心项目占比偏低。
