摘 要 营养管理是社区脑卒中患者组织化管理的重要组成部分。全周期营养管理涵盖脑卒中危险因素预防与脑卒中救治的全过程。这种管理以社区为中心,依托数字健康管理新手段,目标是减少脑卒中患者的营养不良发生率,改善预后。本文就全周期营养管理用于社区脑卒中患者模式的实践与探索进行综述,以期为未来全周期营养管理进一步实施提供参考。关键词 脑卒中;营养管理;全周期
