摘 要 目的：观察电针对血虚津亏型产后便秘的临床疗效，为有哺乳需求及对药物治疗有顾虑的产后便秘女性探寻新方案。方法：收集2021年3月至12月收治的血虚津亏型产后便秘患者62例，随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组口服四物汤加味中药治疗6 d；观察组给予电针治疗5 d；治疗1个月后进行随访。对比两组治疗前后便秘临床症状、中医症状及生活质量评分及治疗总有效率。结果：治疗后，两组各项量表评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.01)。观察组各项量表评分、治疗总有效率及随访复发率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：电针在改善血虚津亏型产后便秘患者临床症状和生活质量方面具有良好疗效，其临床效用几乎与药物组同等，可为优化产后便秘治疗提供可靠参考。
