【摘要】目的：观察高锰酸钾溶液泡浴配合碘伏外涂对新生儿脓疱病的的疗效。方法：将68例患脓疱病的新生儿分为观察组和对照组，观察组用1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液泡浴后再配合碘伏外涂患处，对照组采用传统的单一1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液泡浴的方法，观察两种方法对新生儿脓疱病的治疗效果和平均愈合天数 。结果：观察组总有效率100%，优于对照组90%(P<0.05)，平均愈合天数(2.35±0.86)d，优于对照组(3.47±0.98)d (P<0.05)。结论：高锰酸钾溶液泡浴配合碘伏外涂能缩短新生儿脓疱病的疗程、提高治愈率，且操作方法简单方便、经济实用，值得推广使用。
