【摘要】目的:评价和观察紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗对晚期宫颈癌的疗效及安全性。方法:对30例晚期局部宫颈癌给予TP方案化疗：用紫杉醇135mg/m²静脉滴注持续3h，d1；顺铂75mg/m²静脉滴注分两天用(d1、2)，21 d为1周期，所有患者均至少接受3个周期化疗。结果:CR 3例(10%)，PR 11例(36.67%)，SD 10例(33.33%)，PD 5例(16.67%)，总有效率(CR+PR)46.47%。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制，恶心、呕吐、脱发、肌肉及关节疼痛等。结论:紫杉醇联合顺铂方案治疗晚期局部宫颈癌有较好疗效，毒副反应可以耐受，值得临床推广使用。
