【摘要】目的：分析我院279例急性呼吸道感染患者的临床用药情况，旨在指导该疾病临床合理用药。方法：分析我院治疗279例急性呼吸道感染患者临床用药情况，及诊疗过程中存在的问题。结果：279例急性呼吸道感染患者治疗结果相对满意，但在临床治疗过程中存在模式用药、盲目应用抗菌药物、不合理联合用药的问题。结论：应注意多培养临床医生学习临床新药作用机理，合理临床用药。
