腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床观察

【摘要】目的:对腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿手术治疗进行临床观察与分析。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院妇产科2008年1月~2008年12月收治的120例良性卵巢囊肿患者临床资料。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、导尿管停留时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、术后自如活动时间、并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后病理诊断均为良性卵巢囊肿,其中成熟畸胎瘤60例,巧克力囊肿36例,黄素囊肿6例,卵巢冠囊肿18例。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗良性卵巢囊肿具有创伤小、疼痛轻、康复快、并发症少等优点,应作为良性卵巢囊肿的首选治疗方法。

【Abstract】Objective The clinical observation and analyze of operating treatment innocence oophoritic cyst by abdominoscope. Methods To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 120 cases patients in innocence oophoritic from January to December 2008 in our hospital OG. Results The operations time、blood amount of operations、urethral catheter stay time of observation group were obviously lower controls group(P<0.05);The miscarriage、length of stay、activity time after operations、complication rate were lower than controls groups(P<0.05);The pathologic diagnosis were innocence oophoritic cyst,mature teratoma were 60 cases,chocolate cyst was 36 cases,leuteivic cyst was 6 cases,parovarian cyst was 18 cases. Conclusion abdominoscope operation was trauma little、pain light、recovery fast、complication few forte of treatment innocence oophoritic cyst,which was the first treatment method. ......
