【摘要】 目的:评估APACHEⅡ评分对脑卒中死亡风险的价值。方法:回顾性分析2000～2006年死于脑卒中的105例病例的临床,并运用APACHEⅡ评分(急性生理评分和慢性健康状况评分系统)系统进行评分。结果:APACHEⅡ评分14～46分,平均(27.89±6.06)分,死亡风险系数23.31%～98.09%,平均(66.75±10.38)%,APACHEⅡ评分大于14分特别是大于27分,或死亡风险系数大于23%特别是大于66%,死亡率明显增加。结论 :APACHEⅡ评分对脑卒中死亡风险评估是有价值的。

    【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the value of APACHE Ⅱ score on the death risk of patients with stroke. Methods Retrospectively analysis the clinical characteristics and APACHE Ⅱ scoreof 105 cases ofthe death from stroke in 2000～2006 years. ResultsThe score of APACHEⅡis 14～46 and the average is (27.89±6.06), the death risk coefficient is 23.31%～98.09% and the average is (66.75±10.38)%,the grades of APACHEⅡis above 14 especially above 27, or the risk factor of death is above 23% especially above 66%, then the mortality rate increases obviously. Conclusion APACHE Ⅱ score is valuable on the death risk of patients with stroke. ......
