乒乓球运动疗法在儿童近视性弱视中的疗效分析(1)

【摘要】目的:探讨用乒乓球运动疗法对儿童近视性弱视患者的治疗效果。方法:86例164眼6-9岁近视性弱视患儿(包括单纯近视、单性近视散光、复性近视散光引起的弱视),男46例,女40例,平均年龄7.04岁,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组病例数为43例,两组病例均用阿托品眼膏散瞳验光,复查佩戴校正眼镜,同时行传统遮盖,红闪治疗以及精细目力训练,3-6月复查一次,根据比例调整遮盖比例和戴镜度数。观察组除上述治疗外,坚持放学后进行乒乓球训练1h/次,每周四次。观察期2年,并分为轻中重度弱视3组进行疗效比较。结果:轻度弱视组中对照组基本痊愈率61.5%,试验组基本痊愈率92%,中度弱视组中对照组基本痊愈率39.1%,试验组基本痊愈率72%,两组之间疗效均有显著差异性.而重度弱视组中对照组基本痊愈率0%,试验组基本痊愈率22.2%,P>0.05,疗效无明显差异性。结论:在近视性弱视儿童患者(轻中度患者)的传统治疗上辅助乒乓球运动训练,既可以防治近视加深,又是一次有效的目力训练过程,疗效安全可靠。儿童患者易于接受,有效降低治疗成本,有着良好的社会效益。对重度近视性弱视患者的治疗方式还有待进一步探讨。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect of Table Tennis Motortherapy in myopic amblyopia Methods:Eighty-six cases of children with myopic amblyopia(including Analysis、simple myopic astigmatism、compound myopic astigmatism amblyopia)that selected based on mydriatic retinosopy and eye tests amony amblyopic childrens were divided into two groups:the trial grouphad 43 cases,and the control group had 43 cases.two groups have the traditional therapy,the control group will go to play pingpong 1 hour after school,four a week.All cases were followed up for two years,and they were also placed into low,medium and high grade groups.The refraction change and the effectiveness of the therapy was observed and compared.Results:In the low grade control group there are 16eyes(61.5%)were basically cured,the trial group had 23eyes(92.%)were basically cured,In the medium grade control group there are 18eyes(39.1%)were basically cured,the trial group had 36eyes(72.%)were basically cured,There were significant differences herapy in both the two groups(P<0.05).In the high grade control group there are 0 eye(0%)were basically cured,the trial group had 2eyes(22.2%)were basically cured,The therapy was unsignificant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive therapy with glasses,covering,colour break-up,and Table Tennis Motortherapy is an effective method in treating low and medium grade myopic amblyopia ......
