锁骨下静脉置管在急诊危重患者抢救中的应用
【摘要】目的:探讨锁骨下静脉置管在急诊危重患者抢救中的实用意义。方法:对2008年10至2010年3月,我科急诊抢救的43例危重患者行右锁骨下静脉穿刺置管进行液体、药物输入。结果:经临床护理观察和追踪,穿刺管入颈内静脉1例,穿刺针眼渗血2例,无脱管、血气胸、导管堵塞及空气栓塞等并发症发生。结论:锁骨下静脉穿刺置管在急诊危重病人抢救中安全、实用、熟练的穿刺置管技巧,精心的观察、护理可以避免或减少并发症的发生。【关键词】锁骨下静脉置管;急诊;危重患者;应用

【Abstract】Objective:To discuss the practical meaning of subclavian vein catheterization in the rescue for critical ill patients in emergency department.Methods:Between October 2008 and March 2010,43 cases of critical illnesses in our department were given the fluid and drug infusion through right subclavian vein catheterization.Results:Clinical nursing and follow-up showed no complications of extubation,hemothorax,pneumothorax,tubular obstruction or air embolism except that 1 case of catheterization was wrongly put into the jungular vein,hemorrhage was found in the acupuncture site in 2 cases.Conclusions:Subclavian vein catheterization is a safe and effective method for drug and fluid injection in the rescue of critical illnesses.Sophisticated catheterization skill,delicate observation and nursing can avoid or reduce the occurrence of its complications. ......
