信息化对医院经营管理的推动作用
【摘要】本文从五个方面分析探讨了医院信息化对医院经营管理的推动作用,提出在当今激烈的医疗市场竞争中,医院管理者必须认识到信息化是医院经营管理战略中的重中之重,只有用好“数字网络”技术这把双刃箭,才能按照国家医改要求,正确确立医疗经营管理策略,调整医疗经营服务项目,遵循医疗市场规律,重组和再造医院流程,改变落后的工作模式,最终实现“以病人为中心”的现代化医院经营管理的目标。【关键词】经营管理;信息化;医院管理;医疗改革
