保留乳房手术的基础研究
【摘要】随着对乳腺癌特性的认识逐渐加深及诊疗水平的提高,保乳手术终将逐步取代改良根治术而成为主要术式。本文结合国内外情况,论述了乳腺癌治疗观念的改变、保乳手术及其适应证、应注重的问题及引发的病症。【关键词】保乳治疗;并发症;淋巴结清扫

【Abstract】With the characteristics of breast cancer awareness gradually deepen and raise the level of treatment,breast conserving treatment phase will eventually replace the modified radical mastectomy and a major surgical procedures.This paper reviewed the situation,discusses the changing perceptions of breast cancer treatment,and indications of breast conserving surgery,should focus on problems and lead to disease.
