60例消化性溃疡中西医结合治疗疗效分析
【摘要】目的:观察中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:将60例消化性溃疡随机分成两组,对照组30例,采用奥美拉唑或雷尼替丁、阿莫西林、果胶铋、吗丁啉治疗;治疗组60例,在雷尼替丁、果胶铋基础上配合中医辩证治疗。结果:总有效率治疗组为97%,对照组为87%,两组比较,差异有显著性(p<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡具有协同作用。【关键词】消化性溃疡;中西医结合疗法;临床分析

【Abstract】Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on peptic ulcer.Methods:The 60 patients with peptic ulcer was were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group (n=30) were treated with omeprazole or ranitidine,amoxicillin,bismuth pectin and domperidone;The treatment group (n=60) patients were treated with ranitidine and bismuth pectin combined with TCM Differenciation.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97%,and that of the control group was 87%,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has coordinating effects on peptic ulcer. ......
