【摘要】目的:探讨治疗急性重型脑出血的有效办法。方法:采用YL-1型颅内血肿微创清除术治疗38例急性重型脑出血患者(治疗组)与传统开颅术(对照组)进行比较。结果:治疗组的总有效率达81.58%,对照组的为56.76%;治疗组和对照组治疗前与治疗后,以及治疗组与对照组治疗后的神经功能缺损积分值比较,均有显著性差异;治疗组治疗后的神经功能恢复明显优于对照组。结论:采用YL-1型颅内血肿微创清除术治疗急性重型脑出血患者,临床疗效好,能提高病人生存质量,改善病残程度,降低致残率及病死率。

【Abstract】Objective:To discuss the clinical curative treatment of acute serious cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Treats 38 patients suffered from acute serious cerebral hemorrhage with YL-1 model intracranial hematoma microscopic wound treatment (the treatment group).Observe the results and compare with the result of the traditional craniotomy (the contrast group).Results:The total effective rates of hematoma treatment group were 81.58%,while the total effective rates of hematoma contrast group were 56.76%.Treatment group and control group before and after treatment,and treatment group and control group after treatment compared neurologic deficit score value,there were significant differences;The recuperation of nerve functions in the treatment group obviously better than the contrast group.Conclusion:Using YL-1 model intracranial hematoma microscopic wound treatment to treat the patients suffered from acute serious cerebral hemorrhage,can improve the clinical curative effects,and improve the patients' living quality,mending invalidism,and decreasing handicapped and dead rate.
